While we strive for excellence, you acknowledge that marketplace algorithms, policies, and rankings are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice.

2. Client Responsibilities

To provide effective services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding your brand and products.
Grant necessary access to marketplace accounts as required for the scope of work.
Ensure all products sold through your store comply with local laws and marketplace policies.

3. Fees and Payment

Service Fees: All fees for consulting, management, or content creation are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of professional services and labor-intensive tasks (such as photography and SEO), payments for services rendered are generally non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All text, graphics, and logos on the Vandoris website are the property of Vandoris.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client typically retains the rights to use the specific content created for their listings (e.g., A+ content, product descriptions).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vandoris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, account suspension, or inventory loss resulting from your use of our services or marketplace actions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jacksonville, FL.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business interests.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Vandoris. We strive to provide high-quality marketplace services to help your brand grow. Because our products are digital and service-based, our policy is outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

Vandoris provides professional services including, but not limited to, marketplace consulting, SEO optimization, PPC management, and creative content production (photography and design). Unlike physical goods, these services involve professional labor and time, which cannot be "returned."

2. Refund Policy

Service Fees: Generally, all fees paid for professional services, consulting, or account management are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
Project-Based Work: For specific deliverables (such as a photo shoot or a set of A+ Content), refunds will not be issued once the final files have been delivered to the client.
Initial Deposits: Any deposits made to secure a project start date are non-refundable, as they reserve resources that could have been allocated to other clients.

3. Cancellation of Monthly Services

For clients on a recurring monthly management or PPC plan:

Notice Period: You may cancel your service at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email to ceo@vandoris.com.
Final Billing: You will be responsible for the final month of service following your cancellation notice. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations.

4. Client Satisfaction & Revisions

While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our priority.

Revisions: For creative projects (photography and design), we offer a specific number of revision rounds (as outlined in your initial proposal) to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Dispute Resolution: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a service, please contact us immediately. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include additional revisions or credits toward future services at our discretion.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where a service was not delivered as described in the Scope of Work (SOW) due to an error on our part, we may offer a partial or full refund at the sole discretion of Vandoris management.
